Once you inquire we schedule a 30 minute free consult with you!
I want to make sure we are a fabulous fit and can do everything your heart desires before we commit to each other! I get to know your loves and desires, and in the end make sure your ideal budget aligns with your dreams! After our initial consult, I will send over a brochure for you to make your selection of what services you need. After your selections are made, a proposal will be created and sent to you along with the contract. Once this is signed and your retainer is paid we can get this party started!

Make it Happen Meeting
We sit down and chat about the main vendors of the day such as your venue, photographer, caterer, DJ, rentals, etc. We make sure that the big budget eaters are out of the way. We will also begin discussing the timeline, staffing, and logistics to make sure your day goes as swimmingly as possible!
Make it Pretty Meeting
This is my favorite part! If possible, we do a walk through at your venue and talk about the flowers, stationery, colors, layout, and overall look. We make sure all of the little details are something you will love! I also give you a couple of questionnaires to fill out before your final meeting that help us pull all of those lose ends together.
* You will receive a detail questionnaire and vendor information questionnaire to fill out so we can finalize everything!
Wrap Up Meeting
We are in the home stretch. Let's pull this shindig together! We talk about all of those dirty details, finalize your layout and timeline, and go over the questionnaires. Then, I will distribute the info to my team and the other vendors to make sure we are all on the same page!
Step 3: Event Production
Let’s bring your event to life!
An hour is included for your rehearsal, which is all we need once we get started. We knock out how your ceremony will go, who will stand where, and who walks with who down the aisle. Now everyone knows exactly what to do the next day!
We are here for the long haul! You get up to 12 hours of a wedding day manager, which is normally plenty of time. You also get an assistant. We will talk about your day and make sure that is enough time and people to ensure the day will be fabulous!

Custom Venue Search
If you don’t have your venue yet let us help! We can help you narrow down the selection and make sure it’s the perfect fit for you!
We will provide 3 venue options that fit your budget, size needs, and ideal location.
We will attend the venue meetings & discuss the options in a meeting afterwards.
Design & Rental Assistance
If you need a little extra help pulling together your design and sorting through rental selections we are here to help!
We will assist in gathering inspiration.
We will schedule and attend a meeting with a rental company to walk through and view recommended items.
We will assist in selecting items, colors, sizes, & quantities.
If you are unsure about what do ask and how to make sure vendors will bring your vision to life we love coming to your vendor meetings to ensure the whole day comes together flawlessly!
We will schedule and attend a meeting with the vendor of your choice.
We have an itinerary for each meeting to ensure all of the necessary information is taken care of for your big day!

*If you are using a friend that is not a licensed and insured vendor to help with your big day we require a meeting with them to ensure they are capable of all of the duties required of a wedding vendor.
